SUP-intro course is an introductory SUP course and gives you the opportunity to try stand-up paddling in a fun and safe way.
Our certified instructor guides you safely on the water, so you can get out and paddle with peace of mind. This is a really good intro if you are thinking of starting SUP. Here you will get very basic skills when we play on the water for fun. The good experience is at the center of the activity.

Fun on SUP starts with a short introduction on land, after which we quickly take to the water. On the water, we get to grips with the basic technique, play on the boards and challenge balance.

The program will be adapted to the wishes and skills of the participants.

What’s cool about paddling on a SUP?

Paddling on a SUP offers a good opportunity to enjoy nature in a different way than on land. It is a great joy to glide silently through the water and get close to birds and animals in the untouched nature you otherwise cannot get to from land.

We work in small teams on the SUP intro course

At Outdoor Connection, there are a maximum of 8 participants in each course team. This means that there is plenty for everyone and for a personal course where you are seen by the instructor and where you are taken into account.

Our highest priority is that you get a safe course and a good experience, where there is room for fun and enjoyment, without compromising on the academic content.
